This site collects no personal information beyond standard server logs, except what you give us when you join the Voyages register, described below.

The Voyages register
When you join the register on meridianpolar.com/voyages we store your first name, email address, country, the interests and legs you choose, your email language, any optional answers you give in step two, and the consent text you accepted with the time you accepted it. To stop misuse we also keep a scrambled code made from your IP address; we never store the address itself.
We use this to send you voyage news and leg announcements, about once a month, and to plan which legs to open first. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to post@meridianpolar.com.
The data is stored in Lovable Cloud in its European region. Lovable and its hosting providers process it for us under a data processing agreement. We do not sell or share your data.
We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. If you do not confirm your email address within 30 days of our confirmation email, we delete your sign up.
You have the right to see, correct and delete your data, and to complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. The controller is Meridian Polar AS, org. no. 936 919 278, Heggumstubben 11, 3440 Røyken, Norway, post@meridianpolar.com.
